Roles and Responsibilities

1. Plan and Coordinate design and development plans.

2. Fabricate prototypes of new products

3. Test and investigate new technologies and improve on existing processes

4. Prepare experimental protocols and reports in response to development needs.

5. Ensure the completion of all products development activities in accordance with design controls

6. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels

7. Lead research and provide scientific support to new areas of process optimization, scale-up and Technology Transfer.

Skills Required:

1. Knowledge of green chemistry/organic chemistry

2. Handling chemical reactions, enzymatic reaction, solid support catalyst reaction, fermentation, bio transformation

3. Analytical skills

4. Critical Thinking &Organizing

5. Problem Solving

6. Good Communication
