Ensure Employee Safety Orientation is implemented as per site safety manual.
Implement & administer all aspect of site specific Safety and Accident Prevention Program.
Ensure availability of First Aid Box and First Aid Practices are implemented at Plant
Ensure environmental protection provided and adhered by all the workers and staff.
Monitor compliance with local standards of HSE regulatory agencies.
Ensure necessary precautionary measures for the effective control of personal injuries.
Ensure proper housekeeping & hygiene at site
Implement & follow up of Project HSE PLAN at sites.
Decide site safety requirements, organize resources and Dept. administration.
To Carry out Daily / routine site safety inspection, Internal Safety Audits & Safety Meetings at Site
Involved and taking active part in Plant Safety Meeting.( Group discussion along with all representatives of co-departments , problems, rectification, hazard identification, solutions)
Taking part in Safety inspection, Safety checklist system.
Training and guiding new joiners and sub-ordinate staff, Contract Staff in terms of workplace safety.

Should be Certified by Chief Inspectorate of Factories & Boilers, Goa

Knowledge of Konkani Language is required
