Job description

Designation: - Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Handling Inbound domestic calls with follow-ups

Go through the tour plan, explain to customers.

Answer Inquiries related to the tour packages.

Attract and closes the sales.

Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.

Maintain client’s data in Excel.

Skills Required:-

Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.

Should come with a positive attitude, confident, and be oriented.

Capable of handling customer calls and explaining them briefly.

Aware little about India geographical map.

Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
