Our Client reputed Life Insurance Company recruits Sales Managers for their Bancassurance Channel.

Job Role

Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches Sales Support
Support the Customer Relationship Officer in the branch for Sales efforts, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, and accompanying client calls.
Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance.
to Spearhead all lead generation initiatives from the bankthrough walk-ins, data mining, referrals, etc.

CTC upto Rs. 3.25 LPA + Incentives

Preferred Credentials

Work Experience - Min 1- 2 years of Field Sales Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFCs, Micro Finance Insurance.
Will be able to outshine in a competitive environment.
Age- Below 32 Years
Qualification - Graduates
Must be a performer in his present role.
