Responsibilities
  • To work with Govt Organizations like Police, Fire and Rescue, and Disaster Organizations for sales of EyeROV products and solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realization.
  • Creation of techno-commercial proposals for clients, tenders, and other projects.
  • Responsible for the post-sales coordination with the Client and Operations team for the execution of work, follow-up for getting payments after work completion, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Handle Tenders with Govt, PSU, Semi-Govt, State Govt, and Private Companies.
  • Achieve the sales target of the company.
  • Reports Directly to CEO.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Active listening skills, highly consultative, and solution-oriented.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • Ability to learn, understand and communicate technical product requirements.
  • Ability to speak fluently in English and Hindi.
  • 8 - 15 years of relevant experience in Government Sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering ( Civil/Mechanical) or related degree.
  • Should have done B2G and B2B technical sales.
  • Should have prior sales experience with the state police/disaster management.
