JOB PURPOSE

  • Business generation through agency vertical in the assigned territory

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To achieve the targeted GWP sub-class wise
  • At regular intervals, meet up all the mapped contributing Agents and convince them to increase their volume by projecting various business opportunities and benefits.
  • On a fort-nightly basis, Invite the agents for a Partners Orientation Program ( POP) with CM / BM to familiarize the agents on new products, new policies, new processes
  • Communicate and agree on the product wise premium targets with all mapped agents before 2nd of every month
  • Keep tracking the product wise Target Vs Achievement of each agent on a daily basis and send the MIS to all the respective agents daily
  • Train and motivate agents to focus on Health Commercial Lines. Expected non-motor share should be atleast 15% of total volume
  • Train, convince and motivate each mapped agent so that they contribute atleast one retail Health one Home Insurance policy every month consistently
  • Special focus and exclusive attention to below 5L agents. Consistently work towards increasing the volume of each such agent to above 5L
  • Maximize mobilization through regular follow-ups strengthening of relationships with agents
  • To achieve the targeted Retention
  • Identify potential prospects from the particular geography by projecting the business opportunities in GI and highlighting various benefits on partnering with RGI
  • Arrange a discussion between CM / BM and the identified interested candidates. On concurrence from BM / CM, collect Enrollment forms fees from the identified interested candidates as per the guidelines and co-ordinate with CO Agency development team for scheduling the exam
  • Train the candidates on IC-34 by covering all the topics in that module. Ensure candidate takes up 3 mock test before the exam date. Candidates should go through the study material everytime before the mock test.
  • On the exam date, follow-up with candidate to reach the exam centre on time. Ensure 100% attendance and 100% pass
QUALIFICATION
  • Graduate

EXPERIENCE

  • Min. experience required: 4 years in GI industry preferably in agency vertical
