We are looking for a sales lead who can manage the team of 100+ in-house sales agents. Being proactive, hardworking, motivated and friendly are must- haves!

Responsibility

  • Manage the inside sales representatives team
  • Set and track sales targets for your team
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas to improve sales
  • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met

Qualification

  • Minimum 4 yrs of experience in Team Handling
  • Preferably from Inside Sales/ Digital Sales experience.
  • Subscription selling background.
  • Education qualifications - Graduation from any stream
  • Language - Fluency in Hindi and Marathi
