Full end to end implementation and go live support experience as a SAP ABAP Consultant preferred.


Job description :

  • Overall SAP ABAP experience should be atleast 5 years with strong knowledge and best practices.
  • Should have strong Experience on Core ABAP.
  • Should have experience on ABAP with minimum 3 end to end & 2 Support projects.
  • SAP ABAP programming tools including Report and Transaction creation, Enhancements,
  • Conversion Programs, SAPscript, and SmartForms, Screen Painter BDC, LSMW, User Exits, Menu Exits, Function Exit, Screen Exit, ALV Reports, Dialog Programming, Data Dictionary, RFC, ABAP Query, ALE, BAPI, and BADI
  • Should have good communications Skills.
  • Education : B.E/B.Tech /MCA
  • Knowledge & Skills Required :
  • Candidate should have working experience in SAP development covering the depth and breadth of core SAP technical expertise and experience in various instances SAP4.0B, 4.6c and ECC6. A minimum of 2 full life cycle implementation experience is desired Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work with business users to understand business requirements and facilitate technical solution in designing integration efforts to meet user needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in developing complex cross-application solutions for SAP 4.0B, 4.6c and ECC 6.0.
  • Interact with SAP functional teams to evaluate functional needs and identify technical solutions.
  • Prepare detail technical specifications for entire SAP technical development and related interfaces.
  • Develop interfaces to and from SAP utilizing various interface methods and middleware systems.
  • Coordinate with Technical support teams in managing the system landscape and creation of associated transport documentation and requests.
  • Lead user workshops and conduct formal presentations to communicate proposals, methodology, development plans, and deliverable status reports.
  • Develop test plans, test scripts and coordinate entire end to end testing efforts for SAP development.
  • Develop cutover and go live plans to realize SAP solutions.
  • Prepare knowledge transfer documents for all SAP technical solutions implemented in the program.
