REQUIREMENTS:

· Know-how of MS Office, Adobe, Canva, etc.

· Willing to give a commitment of minimum 3 years.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Graduation and post-graduation from nationally reputed institutes like NIT, IIT, BITS Pilani, DU, TISS, Azim Premji, Jindal, etc.

· Fresh graduates with merit distinction are encouraged to apply.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Review and implement school policies.

· Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching and learning.

· Provide guidance and counselling to teachers.

· Interview and hire school staff.

· Organize school events, workshops, and guest lectures.

· Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends.

· Handle emergencies and school crises.

· Present data from school performance to board members.

· Should handle classes for their subject.

· Set learning goals for students and teachers based on CBSE/Cambridge curricula.

· Monitor and report on teacher performance.

· Manage school logistics and budgets.

· Oversee day-to-day school operations.
