Jobinhalt

1) Follow up with the Contractors for quotations.

2) Finalization of Contractor as per site requirement.

3) Finalization of Contractor Scope of Work as per Drawing, Design & Specifications.

4) Doing Contractors quoted rate comparison with primary negotiation.

5) In house Rate analysis with current market rates.

6) Finalization of Contractors Work Order.

7) Take Approval of Work Order from the HOD.

8) Work order entry in ERP.

9) Follow up with the Contractors for Work commencement.

10) Reconciliation of contractor bills for work order amendment.

11) Making Contractor Work order report.

12) Smooth Co-ordination with Site In charge, site engineer, Site supervisor for Work, Work Orders Etc.

13) Site visits for tracking site progress and contractor requirements.

14) Preparation of MOM and submit to HOD.

15) Co-ordination with contractor for new work as well as existing one.

16) Preparation of Monthly Progress Report
