Our Exciting Opportunity :

Wallet Platform troubleshooting Specialist is typically assigned to work with service quality troubleshooting / assurance Level 2 Operations activities in an operations organization. Role is to perform the emergency changes & fixing activities and ensure that all the Tickets raised over the events on a wallet platform network get fix and resolve within the stipulated time period as per the agreed SLA with customer!

You will be responsible for:

  • Solving problems of tickets and execute emergency changes for Mobile Money nodes like Mobile Money Manager, Access Module, Partner Web Server, Customer Web Server Database server, Syslog, RDS, HSM Security.
  • Ticket Management for the assigned Network Services of Wallet Platform.
  • To do 2nd level investigation of alarms & Fault/cause related to system/network problems.
  • To execute Emergency & Schedule Changes on wallet platform servers.
  • Fair knowledge of Level 2 Fault Management for Mobile Money Platform processes like MMM, AM, PWS, CWS, PG, Syslog, Database Server.
  • Regular follow up on the tickets with relevant departments working on it as per the MSTOP process.

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Excellent knowledge of Event Management, 2nd Level Incident Management, 2nd level legal request execution, 2nd Level Assurance support activities, 2nd level Customer Support experience.
  • Technical or functional skills: Good level of Linux knowledge, shell scripting, JAVA, Tomcat, SSH/SCP/SFTP. Good level Knowledge of services and service applications implementation / integration processes along with Access, Core, Transport & Service Network.
  • Certifications: Linux or Oracle certification is mandatory.
  • Advance technical exposure to alarm/ticket management in critical Mobile Money Platform nodes like Mobile Money Manager, Access Module, Partner Web Server, Customer Web Server Database server, Syslog, RDS, HSM Security.
  • Excellent level of knowledge on Linux platform and scripting languages like Pearl & Shell scripting.
  • Good level knowledge ofcontainers (orechstrator & kubernettes)

Key Qualification:

  • Qualifications: Degree within Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
  • Years of experience: 3+ Years
