We’re hiring for Senior Engineering Manager for Multiple Locations in India.

Job Locations: Pune/ Bangalore / Hyderabad / Nagpur / Goa

No of Position : 25

Required Technical and Professional Expertise/ Desired Skills:-
  • Around 14+ Years of experience in managing and executing distributed delivery programs and front ending with the various customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Preferred development experience in BI/Analytics, connectors, Reporting, ETL, Data warehouse projects.
  • Strong technology background (experience in data related areas preferred).
  • Proactive in managing customers and delivery operations and customer expectations.
  • Strong experience in identifying and mitigating project/account risks.
  • Excellent negotiation skills Experience in expanding existing accounts with new set of services.
  • Well versed with agile/scrum methodology and understands tools like JIRA/git/Maven well.
  • Strong experience I n Project planning (agile/waterfall/hybrid), program management, project management and project tracking (cost, effort, schedule, risk, and quality), account management.
  • Ability to define the project processes and own outcome of them.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
