We are Looking for Manager/ Senior Manager for Solar Cell Manufacturing based out of Location Mundra Gujarat.

Roles and responsibilities are as follows:

Provide complete support from Wet chemistry Lines (Texture/PSG clean/Edge Isolation etc.) in achieving beyond functional Targets.
Incumbent shall also be responsible for various developmental activities on wet line tools, in addition to shop floor control, to increase production throughput and Yield parameters.

Responsible for Proper Manpower Planning in Wet Line area for smooth and safe operation.
Responsible for maintaining discipline in chemical handling/draining / treatment
Leading role along with Process/quality department for implementing new/Improved process
Responsible for meeting annual targets eg : BOM Consumption, OPEX cost reduction without compromise quality of product/process Improving OEE, TPM Activities,
Ensuring day wise & shift wise delivery volume of tools to meet ABP targets.
Scheduling various training on chemical handling and safety norms to operators and team members.
Close Cooperation with maintenance team to reduce Breakdown & increase UP TIME.
Monthly WIP & Shop floor inventory analysis and corrective measures.
Responsible for Chemical Distribution System operation & compliance as per safety and EHS norms.
Responsible for QMS in Compliance with ISO 9000:2008, ISO 14001, OHAS :18001IEC 61215, STQC, JET, JIS.
Implementation of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S,3M,JIT,Suggestion Scheme, OEE, TPM,

SMED Systems on Production Floor.

Desired Candidate Profile :

We are looking for people Preferably from Solar , Automobile / Auto ancillary and semiconductor Industry.
Experience required is 12 -15 Years on continuous Assembly Line having practiced TQM Concepts.
Qualification Required: B.Tech In Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation and Production.
Please note the person should be ready to relocate to Mundra (Gujarat)
