Senior Manager - Products Non Sales

Eligibility:

1.MBA with experience as Product Manager in Health or GI

The purpose of the job is to: • Ensure that the product features recommended are competitive, support the company’s overall strategy/goals, and are in compliance with regulatory norms. • Coordinate, manage and prioritize initiatives using product management skills to support business goals. • Create key product collaterals for the sales process as well as IRDA filing. • Actively manage relationships with cross functional teams and team members to track timely delivery of project initiatives The position requires working closely with cross functional teams (Actuarial Pricing, Sales & Training, Marketing & Communication, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Investments, Operations, Underwriting, Systems & UAT) to ensure that a product gets created, tested, and launched on schedule with a common understanding of the product design
