Senior Representative, Business Operations

Our Business Operations team within Business Support develops solutions to current and future challenges. We support activities ranging from marketing and manufacturing to maintenance and more. We define scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of end users, business needs and processes. From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.
Key Responsibilities

  • Consistent application of security profiles/access for most core financial applications and security audits
  • Maintain the SLA with respect to requests handled on day to day basis.
  • Active participation handling user access management to key finance tools
  • Work with end users and Managers on User Review on the Financial systems
  • Involve actively maintaining user database of the Key financial systems and active participation in simplifying the transitioned systems.
  • Continuously document and update the process docs with latest security updates.


Essential Requirements

  • Graduate with 0 – 3 years’ experience
  • Working on ambiguous requests
  • Attention to details and implementing policies and procedures
  • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration


Desirable Requirements

  • SOX and Business controls knowledge
