Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Service Engineer role in Agartala. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance & repair, and communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting, maintenance & repair, and technical support skills
  • Field service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in networking, CCTV, or fire systems is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering.
  • Certification in relevant technologies is preferred
