We are looking for a sales manager with 7-10 years of retail experience for our boutique store in Sangolda. As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for seamless communication between the sales and inventory staff, managing the sales staff and inventory staff and stremlining all systems and processes for effective execution of the same. A strong grasp of our inventory items, as well as a clear understanding of our artisans, will be essential to develop.

You will be involved on the floor with customer interaction, taking customer orders and ensuring efficient customer experience. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating trackers to monitor in-store customer engagement and to ensure display inventory is up to date.

A keen eye for aesthetic, a friendly attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit will be greatly appreciated. Having your own vehicle and being fluent in English are a must. Basic computer skills like accessing emails, and using Microsoft Excel are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
