Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Showroom Manager for Malabar Gold & Diamonds located in Ludhiana. The Showroom Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including but not limited to, sales, customer service, and customer satisfaction. The Showroom Manager will ensure that the showroom meets and exceeds the expectations of all customers.

Qualifications
  • Sales, Showrooms, and Customer Experience skills
  • Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in managing showrooms, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
