Designation: Sr. BDM - Corporate Sales/ Enterprise Sales
Experience : 3 to 8 yrs
Job Nature : New Client Acquisition , Hunting new large corporate account , New Business acquisition / New Business Development , to add new logos.
Location : Noida (Delhi NCR) & Bangalore


Mandatory Industry Experience: (Audio end points/Office Automation products / Telecommunication Headsets) , IT Hardware / IT Software , AV Solutions , Audio video conferencing solutions, Wireless solution, Telecommunication Solutions / IT Infrastructure/ Telecom.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

Prospects and sells by networking within the new set of accounts ( Large Enterprise)

To Interact with CXO, CTO, CIO’s, IT Head, Procurement Head and Decision Maker.
Develops new sales opportunities from start to finish: proactive prospecting / outbound prospecting
Prospects and sells to new customers.
Crack and build the relationship in the new account to generate the revenue
Achieves revenue and new logo goals set by manager
Builds relationships with prospects and cultivates those relationships over time to create a new customer
Is accountable to the collection of accounts receivable within company terms
Resolves problems with customers and internal team members.
Adheres to the minimum standards of performance as established by manager
Develops annual sales strategic plan
Develops individual quarterly revenue budget / account plans
Demonstrates ability to handle objections by creative problem solving
