Roles and Responsibilities

Should have good knowledge & hands-on experience: Cisco, Citrix NetScaler, Checkpoint / FortiGate / Palo Alto / Juniper (JNAS) products.
Produce and maintain documentation on installations, incidents, and procedures.
Responsible for all Network Security and Services including Firewalls, Load Balancers, Proxies, Remote Access, Streaming Media, WAN Acceleration, Wireless and DNS.
Must be able to deploy load balancers for Citrix NetScaler and Software Defined Networking. Understand load balancing strategies/techniques, expertise in application switching/traffic management.
Need to have complete understanding of basic load balancer configurations, including migrating configurations and general troubleshooting of the load balancers. Preferred experience on IP Routing (BGP & OSPF), SSL Termination, Ethernet Switching, VPN’s, QoS, WAN Acceleration, IP Services such as DNS, Web Proxy, Socks, Multicast, and geographic and/or local server load balancing.
Troubleshooting of production issues and provides a detailed Root Cause Analysis report for the clients.
Managing issues and maintaining cordial relationships with the clients. Market understanding and being updated with the latest technology developments in the industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to put requirements into operational scenarios and communicate effectively with management and customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Relevant Experience: 4 to 6 years
Technical certifications: CCNA, CCDA |Preferred CCNP or CCDP would be an added advantage.
