  • Handling material handling Audits and Closure of the points
  • Handing External IATF 16949 :2016 Audit
  • Handling Customer portals for TML
  • Ensure and Monitored all Customer Specific Requirements are fulfilled
  • Monitoring all KPIs and Trend analysis for TML customer
  • Hands-on experience of Problem-Solving tools, 8D, 7 QC tools, Why-Why Analysis, etc.
  • Hands-on experience of handling TML Customer
  • Monitor Customer activity reports daily
  • Coordinate the communication with the customer in regards to quality issues (Conference calls / Meetings)
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality and drive improvement Warranty projects
