We are currently seeking a “Sr Engineer Technical Support”to join our team in Technical Center -Vapi.

Position Purpose:

• Will be responsible for servicing / maintaining different types of VJ printers at Tech Center in addition to Sampling.
  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for Refurbishing / Sampling activities
• Will be required to carry out repairing / testing activities on field returned spares, machines
  

Your Education and/or Background Experience should include:

• Graduation / Diploma in Engineering with Electronics or Instrumentation.
• Work experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar field.

• ANALYTICAL SKILL – the ability to understand customer need, identify the root cause and solve the problems
• ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT – the ability to organize work with clear accountabilities and operational efficiency. Creating an environment for professional growth
• SERVICE EXCELLENCE - the ability to achieve competitive advantage and customer satisfaction through the delivery of consistently high levels of service performance
• Competent in computer operations
• PCB Repairing knowledge required
• Should be familiar with Local language
