Roles and Responsibilities

Making of Daily GRN & Purchase.
Maintain Inward / outward, Register.
Maintaining Stock of all Materials.
Minimize wastage of material.
Making Daily and Monthly Stock Statement and its reporting to management.
Notify Manager/Office In charge of low stock levels in a timely manner.
Make periodical checks between records & actual stock and investigate any discrepancies
Material requisition, taking PO follow-up with suppliers.
Verify the number of challans that Stock received.
Damage or Poor quality Stock returned to the supplier.
Verify the All Purchase Bills as per their Purchase Order & Challans.
Keeping all records to their respective locations & retrieving the same whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have experience of 4-5 Years in the Construction Field.
Must have computer knowledge.
Local candidates will get preference.
Only for Male Candidate.
