DAV Institute of Engineering & Technology (DAVIET), Jalandhar got established in the year 2001 under the aegis of the DAV college’s managing committee. The institute is approved by AICTE and affiliated with Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. This is the first-degree level engineering institute started by the DAV College Trust and Management Society. The DAV College Trust and Management Society is the largest non-government educational organization in India managing a chain of 700 institutions in India and abroad.

About The Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Conduct surveys on land sites and properties
  • Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy
  • Research and design methods for survey processes
  • Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (longitudes, latitudes)
  • Build maps, sketches, and charts
