Job Role :

Support HRMS software of Malabar Group and implement HR Digitalization process.

- Manage HR database and system by maintaining and constantly updating the Human Resource
Management System (HRMS).
- Provide HRMS support to units.
- Assist in introducing new processes and responsible for User acceptance testing for HRMS modules.
- Provide backend technical support for any anomalies in the system.
- Recommend HR Digitalization policies.
- Check and ensure necessary approvals
- Support in Process Implementation.
- Generate data for MIS as per unit requirements
