Responsible for the P&L of the business unit ( IT recruitment)
Recruit / Train team of recruiters for achieving business objectives
Manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfills Clients’ hiring needs.
Build a talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovative methods.
Motivating and supporting the team for high quality delivery
Hands-on experience in recruitment, alternate channels of sourcing including social media, internet tools, databases is highly desired
Client Management and relationship management for maximizing the business potential
Good exposure to interview formats and drives, salary negotiation and closure is required to accomplish business goal
MIS and analysis
