Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct training sessions(Dealer/Company Employee- Domestic & Export) in class room and workshop as per agenda.
  • Conduct training sessions on implementations in the classroom and field.
  • Conduct OJT training as per training requirement.
  • Develop training literature ( PPT, Handbook, Animation and Videos)
  • Coordinate with different departments for training activities.
  • Training MIS.
  • Maintenance of tractor and implements.
  • Training record update TMS.
  • T3 for training staff.
