Summary of Job

(Purpose/ objective of the job Department organogram to be enclosed)

  • Execution of Calibration of Instruments, Instrumentation maintenance as per planning and in alignment with standards of TPM, Six Sigma and maintaining ISO records.

Key Responsibilities

(Performance Indicators)

  • To Calibrate and Maintain the Instrument as per the SOP.
  • To Check and inspect the Instrument / Equipment on daily basis as per Check List.
  • Use the equipment and resources effectively.
  • To maintain the records of Routine and PM.
  • To maintain the good housekeeping in the plant.
  • Support to the process chemist and shift in charge for type of trouble shooting in plant.
  • Active participation in the TPM and WCM initiative.
  • To spread Safety Awareness and maintain Safe Working environment.
  • To focus on productivity and achieve targeted production.
  • To perform any other duties that may be assigned to you, by the management from time to time, no casual labor support will be provided for the same.
  • Awareness about responsible care ( Environment, Health, Safety and Security )

  • ITI - IMCP / I and C with 4- 16-10 years of experience.
Key

Competencies ( Technical, Functional and Behavioral)

Technical:

  • Knowledge of calibration and maintenance practices for DCS/PLC/SCADA and SIS., SMART, FF and pneumatic field instruments.
  • Knowledge of Instrumentation engineering functions related to plant process and operations.
