Trainee/Telecaller Executive/Fresher (Female)

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 + Incentive

Location: Sector-11, Panchkula

Time: 10 am- 6pm (Monday- Saturday)

Join a pioneering pharmaceutical company dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare. As a Trainee/Telecaller Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in promoting life-saving pharmaceutical products and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate engaging conversations with potential customers, presenting range of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
  • Articulate product features and benefits persuasively to generate sales leads and foster customer relationships.
  • Maintain meticulous records of interactions and follow-up activities to ensure seamless customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet targets and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Hold a graduate degree in any field; 12th grade with strong communication skills also eligible.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills and confidence.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Immediate availability for joining is preferred.

Note: Your first-month salary will have a deduction equivalent to 15 days’ pay, serving as the service fee for the recruitment company that facilitated your hiring process.
