Roles and Responsibilities

Recruit Business Associates

Develop BAs through coaching, training, team management support etc

Work with the BAs to drive recruitment of new agents

Ensure that the BAs are meeting their team targets.

Provide operational support to BAs in terms of submissions, issuance , pending resolve, licensing etc

Help the BA develop his direct and indirect team

Maintain required trackers & reports to be submitted to various stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have 4-6 years relevant experience

Age Up below 40years
