Job Title: Training Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Training Coordinator at HR Power Pak, you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs to our employees. You will work closely with the HR team, department managers, and external training providers to ensure that our training efforts align with business objectives and employee development needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing a structured orientation program for new hires, covering topics such as company history, values, policies, benefits, and job expectations.

- Collaborating with department managers and HR to assess training needs and develop an annual training plan.

- Researching and selecting appropriate training programs, courses, and materials to meet identified needs.

- Coordinating logistics for training sessions, including scheduling trainers, booking venues, and arranging equipment and materials.

- Communicating training schedules, objectives, and expectations to participants and ensuring their readiness and attendance.

- Facilitating training sessions as needed, either independently or in collaboration with external trainers or subject matter experts.

- Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness through participant feedback, post-training assessments, and other metrics.

- Maintaining accurate training records and tracking employee participation and progress in training programs.

- Assisting with the development and implementation of e-learning initiatives and online training platforms.

- Providing administrative support for training-related tasks, such as processing registrations, tracking expenses, and preparing training materials.

- Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to training and development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- Previous experience in training coordination, learning and development, or a similar role is highly desirable.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and facilitate group discussions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems (LMS).

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
