Roles and Responsibilities

To train Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Leaders and advisors in agency channel.

Develop branch team with refresher training.

Conduct monthly training.

Maintain training records.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation Must.

AIII/ FIII most preferred for IRDA trainers profile.

Even Licentiate Pass of III also to be given preference.

Insurance qualification like LOMA etc. to be preferred.

Facilitation skill certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

5 to 10 years of Sales/Training Experience and 3 to 4 years in Financial/Insurance sector.
