Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and priorities the Application Support teams work load

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of products, functions, features and benefits

Ability to manage time, projects, and work priorities

Extensive problem solving and debugging skills

Ability to independently apply production upgrades and support the products and technologies with minimum instructions.

Experience in providing services to agreed SLAs, OLAs & Underpinning Contracts

inadept knowledge of Stock trading or Capital Market domain. Have sound experience in managing trading and back office applications.

Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
