We are Looking for Branch Managers at Bavla - Ahmedabad Location - Gujarat

Designation : Branch Manager.

Role :

To handle the overall SMO Business, Operations, along with budgeted to line, bottom line and distribution build as per plan.

Reporting to: State Head / Cluster Manager.

Experience required :

03 - 08 Year Experience In General Insurance Sales / Agency recruitment / management.Candidate from Life Insurance - Sales also can apply.

Job Responsibilities :

Must have the ability to recruit and license Insurance advisors, drive the team of these advisors to generate business and expand the business.
Achieve Advisor activation of 60%
Should have the bandwidth to handle more than one distribution channel.
Should be adept at multi-tasking (handle SMO sales and operations on an on-going basis, if the need arises.
Will be responsible for achieving the business targets set for the SMO.
To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Chola MS brand and growing the brand.
Responsible for the smooth functioning of the SMO
Excellent inter-personal skills
Person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market
Must be adaptability and functional IT knowledge
