JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordination with vendors for quotations & specifications for project.
Coordinate with Purchase team for project related procurement/job matters.
Coordinate with Finance team for payment related matters.
Coordination with Engineering & respective department for Project execution.
Making of Technical Comparison and putting up of technical recommendation to purchase.

New Projects Process Related :

Product Scale up in case of new products
Coordinating and arranging of Product trials in new and modern equipments and thereby reducing its feasibility and viability
For existing products, exploring the scope for process optimization and effectively reducing batch cycle time
Co-ordination with plant for required details for the Project.

External Coordination :

Discussion with Vendors for specifications, quotations etc.
Coordination with Contractors for successful project completion.
Discussion with vendors for dates, status, technical specifications.etc.
Coordination with parties for sorting out Project related issues.
Inspection reports and Co-ordination with vendors for Delivery dates.
Co-ordination with vendors for submission of Certificates, reports, guarantee, etc.
New Vendor Development & Check the compatibility of Vendor in terms of his strengths, weaknesses, Technical backup, Quality & Quantity of work.

Department Related :

Equipment sizing, selection of suitable Material of Construction according to product characteristics
Ensure timely raising of indents in SAP.
Ensure Timely submission of completion reports for project.
Ensure timely project completion and submission of bills.
Ensure user department requirement fulfillment.
Preparation of Equipment Qualification documents of all concerned equipment of the Project.
Ensure timely delivery & related handover to plant.
Inter coordination for approval of P&ID, GA drawings, Equipment and Site Layout etc.
