VERTICAL HEAD

Strategy planning, implementing, monitoring execution for sales and collection growth, Develop and execute medium-long term sales strategies to build a resilient and scalable enterprise business.
Responsible to achieve assigned targets in the region.
Collaborate with Marketing on initiatives to broaden awareness and drive demand generation.
Drive revenue growth and ensure effective pipeline management of the enterprise segments.
Responsible for product pitching, profitability and payment collection.
Oversee/Monitor Leads, Site Visits, Negotiation and Closure of all potential Sales opportunities.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Support recruitment, training, coaching and retention of quality sales and marketing personnel.
Periodic reporting to Management.
