Responsible for dispatches for Deployment and Post Deployment material to various sites .
E way bill creation and request for invoice generation to accounts .
Coordination with logistic partners ( for arranging the pick up, collecting docket number , updating the details at relevant platforms).
QR code Portal : Identification and marking of assets with proper labelling ; Realtime issue and transfer of assets to concerned site/person.
To manage segregation of site return material with the help of the assembly and testing team with approval of SCM Manager.
To issue material to the assembly/testing team thru indent / Tally and ERP portal and receive back as finished product. Proper accounting of the same has to be maintained in a real time manner.
To prepare a manufacturing report - BOM wise .
To generate Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in Tally and ERP as per the received material and invoice of material.
Efficiently counting physical inventory of each item at every month’s end.
To check and inform on the shortages with the purchase team and updating “Purchase Request Sheet” for the same .
Reconciliation of site material to closure .
Physical verification of goods return from site and entry to be done in Tally.
ERP Implementation : Utilization of ERP platform for all making warehouse processes more efficient. It includes all the related material in and material out process.
