Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop Policies and train staff in loss prevention and reduce thefts, shrinkage, expiry, raw cutting etc and take timely action on any loss occurred.
• To ensure all store managers submit monthly self declaration Reports of stock by and check its reports C.B.S v/s Physical & Report to your reporting head and HR manager
• To find out Non -Performing Staff & report to HR head and Reporting Head
• After physical Audit to take immediate action on variance.
• Daily monitoring of Category Merchants to follow S.O.P very seriously
• To ensure store requirement is received one day advance from dispatch schedule by 10:00 AM and same to be sent in dispatch by 03:00 PM one day advance from dispatch schedule.
• To ensure that 100% materials has to be supply against requirements received from the store & daily meeting at 06:00 PM with all category in-charge on action plan to achieve zero short supply
• To ensure camera’s controlling team check all the location and raise the issues if any.
• To maintain six files Non moving, allocation, 3 code target, customer demand, counter comparison and pending dispatch
