Plan or choreograph their own classes including script, exercises, music, etc.
Specialize in cardio-vascular exercises, such as aerobics, strength training or lead classes that use specific exercise equipment, such as stationary bikes/ treadmills or specialize in popular conditioning regimes such as Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, etc.
Possess appropriate certification/ license to conduct specialized/ group fitness sessions from acknowledged bodies
Work closely with the studio production team to deliver quality LIVE sessions to the customer
Possess customer service skills such as motivational skills, listening skills, physical fitness to engage with the customers on an ongoing basis
Fitness trainers must be polite, friendly, and encouraging to maintain relationships with the customers
Willingness to make an impact in customers fitness journey by being up to date with current fitness/ exercise trends

Job Qualifications:

Ideal candidate would have:

Experience working as group instructor or specialized fitness trainer or running online fitness classes
Fitness trainer certification in their field from acknowledged bodies
Practical knowledge of correct forms or exercise
Good communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills - you should be able to effectively work with a cross-functional team consisting of production crew, fitness experts, technology and creatives.
