Roles and Responsibilities

Preparing order scheduled to fulfill product order from the facility.

Monitor the production plans and modifies as needed to maintain acceptable product availability and inventory levels.Support data collections and analysis of actual result against business variables of the RBM forecast such as sales to users,orders shipments and factory and dealer inventory.

Assist in the development of plan and business case for critical review of project manager material ,factory manager and marketing subsidiaries,Explaining why this plan provide the best comparisons to conflict objectives Adjust RBM forecast for supply constrain such as machines,equipment’s,manpower ect.

Support to global S&OP process and attained meetings with marketing subsidiaries on monthly basis as action as SME.Support data gathering for analysis of industries and dealer trends and help assess risk and opportunities.6 sigma training is the key attributes to this position as historical statistics on sale.

plans or reviewing costs and consequences of layoffs, carrying inventory, using plant shutdowns, etc.

Supports oversight and analysis and development of complex attachment forecasts utilizing the latest tools available to compensate for changes in dealer ordering behavior, Monitors attachment inventory daily and develops schedules to achieve inventory turns goals while maintaining good availability on key attachments to compensate for order changes and diversions from stock inventory.

Minimal travel required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge/understanding of 6 Sigma project management principles CPS Functional Job Role Qualified

APICS CPIM or CSPC National Certification highly desired Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

College or university degree related to Supply Chain, or equivalent experience, is required -Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization and communication skills Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures

Solid product knowledge
