Lead the business and market intelligence portfolio with the objective of implementing a uniform segmentation framework and GTM, supporting Business Leadership with key business insights and market intelligence.

MBA from Tier 1 or 2 institute, with 6-8 years of expereince esp in telecom background

Knowledge of basic financials. Strong analytical skills, and ability to communicate with people across cultures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Segmentation Framework Define and develop a global uniform Segmentation Framework, identify the criteria for differentiation and profiling. Execute the framework through the relevant teams like Geo-Marketing teams/ Business Operations teams, identify strategic accounts and drive uniformity in approach to the customers. Drive end-to-end segmentation in a particular region like India. Evaluate segment performance. Performance Metrics - # YoY Growth in Strategic Accounts # Share of wallet # Number of customers acquired - 2. Business Planning Provide business planning inputs to appropriate teams like Geo Marketing teams/ Sales Teams in the region (e.g. India). This is especially wrt growth, revenue analytics, business forecasts, different markets etc. Support the region’s ADP and ABM programs. Performance Metrics - - 3. Competitor Intelligence Closely track competitor activity in the market and gather intelligence inputs through various sources viz: research organisations, consultants, database agencies and other sources to create ’Competitor Insights’ reports on a regular basis. Performance Metrics - # Number of competitors covered - 4. Customer Insights Also gather intelligence inputs from internal/ external regarding designated existing/prospective customers and design and publish ’Customer Insights’ for internal stakeholders on a monthly basis. Use this to aid strategic inputs to sales/ marketing teams. Performance Metrics - # Timeliness of reports - 5. F1 Support Provide strategic account insights to F1 Sales/ Marketing Team Performance Metrics - - 6. People Management Conduct goal setting and performance review for the team. Drive team engagement through RandR initiatives; Coach and mentor team members as required and ensure resolution of any people issues. Performance Metrics - # E-Sat Score # Attrition -
