Job Summary
This role is a member of the GBS Systems Enablement team, ensuring that the GBS users onboarding experience is great and they have system access within the first week of joining PepsiCo. This position will be part of a team that works with business and IT to ensure that GBS users have all the needed applications installed and user access provisioned to complete their jobs. The Central Access Management Deputy Manager will translate business needs to user access requirements, raise user access requests, monitor user access provisioning and assist users to validate access.
What you’ll do
• Establish and maintain relationships with business and IT teams • Translate business provided user access documents to GBS Role Provisioning Standard Operating Procedures • Maintain repository of GBS user roles, applications and entitlements • Configure MyIDM Role Based Access • Submit access request in MyIDM, ServiceNow and other systems • Monitor user access provisioning to completion • Facilitate user access validation with business users • Develop daily & weekly user access delivery reports • Provide user access statistics to guide continuous improvement and knowledge management • Identify and resolve risks and issues
What we’re looking for
Qualifications/Requirements Years of Experience: 3 -5 years of experience Bachelor’s in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Mandatory Technical Skills: • Proficient in MS Excel, PPT • L1/L2 Application support experience Identity Access Management & Security management • Security access management experience preferred • Data analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau) preferred • RPA experience preferred Mandatory Non-Technical’ Skills : • Ability to collaborate across multiple global teams • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Meeting facilitation and Coordination
