Roles and Responsibilities


  • Preferably with Certification as Internal Auditor and other specialised in EHS Field
  • Ensure the implementation of Group Strategic EHS Initiatives in plant
  • Improve the processes continually inline with global and statutory charges.
  • Drive conservation of resources in plant- Air, water, energy etc,inline with group goal and objective.
  • Drive the carbon footprint reduction and green Initiatives in plant inline with group goal and initiative.
  • Ensure to do regular EHS Gemba to observe the environmental Issue/facts in plant
  • Drive environmental incident free operations to ensure business continuity in plant
  • Ensure certification of plant as per ISO14001 and regular updation of all documentation preodically to meet the requirement
  • Esure the raw water consumption, food waste data, carbon foot print, ETP/STP discharge waste msnsgement etc.
  • Ensure the implementation of BBS( Behavioural Based Safety) Activities
  • Ensure to do regular EHS Gemba to observe H & S Issue/fact in plant
  • Ensure to drive incident risk free climate to protect employees, assest to ensure business continuity in plant
  • Ensure employee Health by addressing and improving occupational/Health ergonomics related matter
  • Ensure to conduct regular health checkup of employees
  • Ensure to update the UA/UC/NM status & EHS web applications on regular basis
  • Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all fire fighting equipments & first aid facilities Ensure compliance to all applicable EHS related laws & regulation in plant
  • Ensure to drive regular complaince with Gamba/Audit observations Lead training and awareness on EHS amongst all employees in plant
  • Ensure the implemantation of group EHS Reward & Recognition policies.

Prefer diploma Safety from RLI

Must be from Automotive Die casting industry
