• By Direct Recruitment :
• Essential:
• Master degree with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA on a scale of 10 point scale and;
• 5 years administrative experience as Assistant Registrar in Pay Matrix Level 10 (Pre-revised PB-3: GP 5400) or equivalent post in Government / Government Research Establishments / University / Statutory Organizations / Government Organization.
• Desirable:
• Preference will be given to those who have at least 60% marks in all boards/ University examination.
• A degree in Law/Management/Engineering/ Actuarial Science from a recognized University/ Institute.
• Chartered or Cost Accountant qualification (CFA/ CS/ CA/ ICWA) from a recognized University/ Institute
• SAS qualified conducted by organized accounts and audit department.
• Experience in handling computerized administration / financial matters
• Proficiency in the use of variety of computer office applications, M.S Word, Excel, Power point or equivalent is must.
• By Deputation or on Contract:
• Officers from the Central / State Government or Institute of national importance or University / University level Institution or PSU / Industry holding analogous post OR With at least 05 years’ service in posts carrying Pay Level 11 as per 7th CPC (Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- as per 6th CPC) or its equivalent and having experience in administration, establishment and accounts matters.
• Possessing educational qualification as prescribed in para 2.1.1
  
Selection Procedure:Selection will based on Written Test/Proficiency Test/Computer Test/Interview
