Preference: - Candidates form Reputed industry which belong to manufacturing of VTL/HMC/VMC/CNC etc.

Skills Required: - Sound experience in the area of New Product development, R&D, Process Engineering & proficient in designing of spindle along with full VTL/VMC/Gantry milling, Knowledge of structure, different types of machining process, material treatments & sequence of process. Conceptual layout preparation skills, design skills eg. Solid modeling, drawing preparation & simulations in Solid works, good knowledge of G.D.&T., Limits/ Fits & its application on drawings for interchangeability/ easy fitting of machine parts. Presenting technical information & preparation of machine manuals. Discussions with customers for SPMs. Vendor development for New items required for machines.

JOB Profile:

1-Responsible New Product Development, R&D in designing of VTL- Chuck, Machining Centre, VMC & SPM,HMC,CNC, Gantry milling Machine design and able to independent handling design of spindle, Calculation, process problem analysis etc.

2-Preparing & executing the project with product development/customization functions including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, design calculation & analysis, details design documentation & testing activities.

3-Responsible for all aspect of design for new project including design issue analysis & its solutions, D&D with all types of accessories interfacing, retrofitting in both mechanical & electrical mechanisms.

4-Responsible for monitoring the project with respect to cost, resource development, quality compliance and manpower planning to ensure timely execution of project.

5-Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organisation and that advance our brand and proposition strategy.

6-A strong working knowledge of online and offline design, brand development and the creative process specially in the field of CNC Machine and its whole electrical & mechanism system.

7-To conclude the machine idea/ development of solids/ build assemblies/ preparation of 2-D drawings/ application of GD&T, VA/VE, ISO Process, DFMA, DFMEA, application of limits & Fits/ checking of Drawings made by other engineers in Solidworks-2015 or latest.

8-Simulation of weldments for deformation/ weldment fillets failure/ frequency analysis/ etc.

9-Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.

10-Must have knowledge of BOP items required for machine design.
