Responsibilities:

Design Develop guages,Jig fixture of assembly
Components to deskilling
Design Development of press tools
Proficient in working on 3D modelling ,Autocad
Manage product component design for lifecycle management
Prepare assembly procure assembly setup,sub-assly SPM
Work on assembly line work station layout,improve production processes
Familier with product development process from model/drawings to production
Set processes like welding,Assembly,Riveting
Ability to design, develop productionise jig fixture for manufacturing switchgear components family products
Experience in design manufacturing of mould will be added advantage
Improvement of productivity consistency -
De-Bottlenecking
Reduce rejection rates
improve process lead time
implement Automation
Design development of tools fixtures

Skills:

Customer focus,Team Player,Communication
Knowledge of tolerrance stack up analysis other design analysis ,SPC,Six Sigma,5S,Lean,Kaizen
