Job Description & Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to assist our client with computer hardware and software issues. You will be required to work on- site and assist with hardware installations, systems integrations, software upgrades and basic IT related issues.

  • Responding to client support requests.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and Software issues.
  • Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Installing and upgrading operating Systems and computer software.
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
  • Completing job reports.
  • Willing to travel to the Client s location.
  • Candidate must have own transport to commute to work.


Skills and Knowledge:

  • 6 Months to 3 Years of experience as Desktop Support Engineer.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Knowledge of Computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
  • Knowledge of operating systems (windows 10, Linux operating system), Software applications, and remote connection systems.
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office, O- 365, Antivirus Management, Printer Configuration, L1 Network Support.
  • Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
