Your responsibilities
  • Incident management
  • Documentation e.g. SOPs, RCA, postmortem report etc.
  • Routine tasks like OLM Cronjob, Order status, Log monitoring,
  • User Management
  • Perform deployment on various projects.
  • Manage and support planned maintenance.
  • Learning attitude/enthusiastic
Your profile
  • Experience required: 0-2 years.
  • Development lifecycle knowledge – SDLC
  • Linux and windows basics
  • Verbal and written skills
  • any development language... like Java, .Net etc.
  • Experience on ticketing tool, Jira is preferred.
  • Educational background - IT Graduate
  • Work Location: - Thane (Mumbai)
