Responsibilities

Own and manage the global Bottom-Up Innovation Program.
Work with Process Excellence leads across geographies and facilitate idea generation and idea management.
Manage the overall internal branding, marketing and communication plan for the program.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leading innovation events and theme-based idea generation programs.
Plan and facilitate hackathons, problem solving workshops and design sprints.
Build an internal community of idea generators and engage with them on a regular basis,
Support idea generation and management initiative across all corporate / support functions.
Plan and organize ongoing reward and recognition events.
Facilitate best practice sharing across the enterprise.
Engage with industry bodies and participate award ceremonies.
Establish and manage the governance and reporting for the overall program.
