Job Profile

We are hiring for a Digital Marketing Associate. The role and responsibilities will be to develop and oversee marketing campaigns. The role will include creative, analytical, digital, and administrative responsibilities.

Role- Digital Marketing Associate
Experience- 0 - 4 years
Annual CTC - INR 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 (There will be a 2 month paid internship period for freshers)
Stipend during internship: 10,000 - 15,000 per month
Location- Brookefield, Bangalore (Candidate must be willing to join in office. Interviews will be remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be working on planning, development, and execution of digital marketing and online advertising, website strategy, and social media marketing.
  • You will be writing and optimizing content for social accounts, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Working with the team to create innovative campaigns for social media and online ads.
  • Analyzing campaign results and provide actionable insights for the team. Working on the implementation & execution of advertisement strategies.

Skills Required

  • Strong Problem-Solving & Analytical abilities
  • Creative story-telling skills
  • Process centric and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of tools and best practices - Digital Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads), SEO, Email Marketing Tools etc.
  • Highly committed and drive to succeed

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
